At Caribbean Mountain Coffee Company, it is our goal to increase awareness of the Caribbean, promote Caribbean business and help to enhance the lives of Caribbean people while bringing you premium ethically sourced Caribbean products. Our coffee is a premium organic shade grown fair trade 100% Arabica coffee grown in the highest mountains of the Caribbean. Being grown at a high altitude is the key to quality and superior taste. The coffee grows slower, the beans pack in more flavor and become very dense – referred to as ‘hard beans’ – able to stand up the heat during roasting process allowing flavor potential to be realized. Caribbean Mountain Coffee believes in promoting Caribbean Products and helping Caribbean People. In addition to supporting farmers by paying above fair trade for coffee, Caribbean Mountain Coffee supports water, environment, health and education projects in the area where the coffee is grown.
