Caritas Therapy

I am a therapist offering counselling and psychotherapy in Penn and Tylers Green, near High Wycombe and Beaconsfield and only 20 minutes from Uxbridge. I have been practising as a psychotherapist and counsellor for more than ten years. I am registered with UKCP and a member of BACP, as well as having an MA in Psychotherapy. I offer both brief, focused therapy and longer term therapy going to greater depth. My main approach is Psychosynthesis. However, for short term work I draw strongly on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) within a Psychosynthesis context.
