As its founder and CEO, Carol offers 35 years of experience in the financial services industry – cumulative knowledge that gives her in-depth leadership insight. Realizing that few people are born with the innate knowledge of how to lead effectively and successfully, she was determined to help others become knowledgeable. After being drawn to the wisdom of Dr. John C. Maxwell, internationally renowned leadership expert, coach, and author, Carol became a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team.
