CarlBerk Consulting is a scientific consulting firm founded in 2018. Our team was initiated by a group of enthusiastic Ph.D.s and scientists from world-class universities and research institutes, aiming to provide multi-disciplinary engineering and scientific consulting service to a wide range of clients. Unlike most industry-based testing labs, we are not wedded to defined SOP but rely on logical, insightful thinking. We utilize versatile state-of-the-art scientific tools to solve tough engineering problems. We design new mechanical fixtures, invent novel methodologies and modify existing test gigs – all for one purpose: solving the unsolvables for our clients. We helped the clients identifying contaminants at nanometer size, performing in-situ CT scanning at extreme temperatures and monitoring defective batteries’ self-heating with nano-watt accuracy. The daily challenges we take is no less than scientific research labs, which makes our work full of fun and challenge. We collaborate with leading analytical tool manufacturers like TA Instruments, Sonoscan and ThermalFisher Scientific in their respective area of specialty, pushing the boundary of limit for accuracy and resolution in our application. Currently we are the only player in Chinese market that could provide service at this level. We firmly believe that it is the talents not the tools that define the level of service a firm provide. We only recruit the brightest talents and experts in their field on board when serving our clients. Internally, we value team work and challenge each other’s results/interpretation with academia rigor. To develop young talents, we initiated an one-to-one apprentice program for bright undergrads/masters, giving them the intensive scientific learning experience with their exceptional Ph.D. mentors.
