Carlei Interiors (pronounced CAR-LAY) is a family-owned and operated business. The company began with modest furniture repairs before establishing in 1994. Throughout the last 30 years, Carlei grew into producing high-end upholstery. Additionally, Carlei fabricates custom décor for the entire home. Services include bedding, slipcovers, outdoor cushions, window treatments and more. Anything with fabric, Carlei can create. Ranging from residential to commercial properties, Carlei guarantees customer satisfaction with their artisanship. As a thriving company, Carlei is always delighted to bring their client's vision to life. The business has accomplished much growth, first starting in a home garage. Today, Carlei works out of a spacious workroom located in the Bird Road Art District (Miami, FL). Founded by Carmen Orue (mother) and Leira Valdivia (daughter), Carlei's foundation is family. The mother and daughter duo believe,"a family that works together, succeeds together". 30 years later, Leira (mother) is now managing the company with her 2 daughters, Michelle and Melanee. Manufactured in-house, all production is overseen by Leira. With an eye for pattern matching and quality control, projects are impeccable.
