As a style anthropologist Carmen researches style. She uses style as a lens through which we can start to truly see people from other (sub)cultures and engage with them as individuals, and she offers this lens in the form of research reports, articles, documentaries, photography, exhibitions and events. As a creative producer Carmen interested in the underdog- the up and coming people and (sub)cultures. She loves to create work on the ground with creatives and show the unexpected of a place or a people. She spends her time between Accra, Amsterdam, Lagos and London. Curiosity and a love for people is what drives her work. She's a connector and builds bridges between people, brands and continents.
