Created by Carlos Mtnez-Mediero, technical architect and designer, Carmma_Interiorismo is a housing reformist that evolves and transforms the concept of reform, adapting it to new times. After years of experience in the sector, we have wanted to integrate into our philosophy those things that, apparently logical, are not usually put into practice. Through new rules that are proposed, a new relationship is created between the client, the reform project and us. We have changed the rules of the game so that you can win. RULE 1. Through the use of collaborative Google tools (drive, photos, keep and calendar), we give access to the entire project (licenses, plans, budget, contracts and suppliers, photographs, schedule and work schedule). We also use houzz.es where we can create and share idea albums for your project. RULE 2. DIRECT PAYMENT TO INTERVENING COMPANIES To avoid cost overruns, the client contracts directly with the professionals involved in their work, making direct payments with free margin prices. We are open to collaborate with those that the client proposes. We will help you in the management of all contracts and payments. RULE 3. GUARANTEE OF WORKS BY EACH COMPANY Guarantee and direct responsibility for the work performed by each professional involved, by contract and / or invoice. RULE 4. DISCOUNT ON THE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS We are not commission agents, so you can benefit from the special discount for professionals from companies such as Peña, Discesur, Poveda, etc. RULE 5. THE DESIGNER AND THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IS THE SAME PERSON For greater knowledge and better control of the project, the designer and the construction manager are the same person and accompanying you from the beginning to the end of the project.
