Founded in 1937 and located just offstage from Manhattan’s theater district, Carnegie Deli became THE iconic spot for entertainers, celebrities, and comics to eat sandwiches the size of their heads. Over the past few years, we have been working to develop a line of great tasting, easy-to-use products for food service partners. From pastrami to cheesecake, we have developed turnkey product solutions for chefs of all skill levels. It was crucial for us to be able to maintain the quality that is expected of Carnegie Deli and sparks the memories we yearn for, while producing a profit margin that makes everyone satisfied.
