Carole and Amanda, two sisters raised in Cape Town South Africa, who in 2020 combined their experience & strengths – 15+ years in retail learning & development and 20+ years in brand marketing – with an objective to nurture a retail community of support & learning. We are focused on developing more effective leadership in the retail space and to ensure that the retailers overall retail strategy remains relevant. At ‘Carole and Amanda’ we help retail leaders (owners & managers) to identify the gaps in their retail brand space and provide the support and coaching to close the gaps and maximise opportunities to success. We ensure the retailer remains focused on the correct development strategy for their store & their team to develop effectively & efficiently the correct skills & implement their retail focused strategy.
