With emphasis on apparatus or equipment training, Carolina Core Pilates provides small-group classes and individually tailored instruction to promote optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We strive to help our community achieve stronger, more connected, empowered bodies and minds. Our studio is uniquely encompassing as our staff offers a wide variety of styles of Pilates instruction- from classical to contemporary. We proudly serve the Chapel Hill and Carrboro communities.
