We are principal developers focused on developing out- New build, Conversions, Commercial Office to Residential & Airspace- JV opportunities with collaborating land owners, land promotions and planning gain plays. We are experts in developing sites, from finding off market opportunities with significant value add propositions that are frequently engineered through the planning and development process to building out. Our current development pipeline consists of 60 units and we have acquired 5 sites within a 6 month period on schemes where we will obtain planning on our sites in in SE UK, outside London Zone 2 and Home Counties down to the coast, worth over £40 million GDV. Our sweet spot is to buy sites for £1-10m, with potential for up to 9 or 20-300+ units units.
