Surendra Agarwal who has a plywood background since 1998, is an entrepreneur lives in Bangalore. He is also a founder of well- known furnishing brand Floating Walls, which has stores across Bangalore & Jaipur. One day, while doing interior for his house in Koramangala, he received Plywood’s from a known source, that was not only low in quality (from his experience) but also highly priced. This amazed him, wondering if this mishap can happen to him with years of experience in PLY than it must be worse with others. According to him - Plywood is no rocket science, there are few qualities based on their applications, Still it is very difficult to identify the right source of buying plywood in this commercial world. Today if one can buy vegetables online without having to cross the road, then why not a genuine Plywood at the right price? So, he decided to take his year’s old experience & passion towards Plywood and that’s how brand CARPENTO was born in 2018.
