We sell used electric vehicles entirely online. We have built an enterprise platform and website that enables a completely online shopping, contracting, payment, home delivery, DMV registration and title transfer experience for car shoppers. The early feedback from our customers is unanimous: THEY LOVE IT. We have nearly 100% 5-star reviews on CarGuru’s and FaceBook. We are a “CarGuru’s 2018 Dealer of Year”. Our team is currently in the process of upgrading our e-commerce experience to include a customer portal and online financing options. Customers will be able to shop for a loan and know their monthly payment without having to interact with a traditional car dealership finance manager (whose sole purpose is to talk them into buying unnecessary warranty and insurance products). In addition, we are creating a “car subscription” product for credit challenged customers who do not qualify for a car loan (not even a subprime loan). We have already built the enterprise side of this service and designed the consumer-facing application. We expect this service to launch with its first 10 beta customers by the end of Q1 2019. Finally, we are exploring selling new electric vehicles in California that are sourced from China. We are likely to start with an inexpensive street-legal electric motorcycle in order to navigate federal and state regulatory requirements without exposing our company to excessive risk. This is likely a 2020 initiative.
