Carra is a craft chocolate brand, which celebrates cacao and stands for bringing out pure and authentic single origin couverture chocolates. All our chocolates are made in small batches using minimal ingredients, to keep the chocolate pure. We are on a mission to bring about a mammoth change in the way consumers perceive chocolate in India. We stick to the centuries old traditional chocolate making process which entails slow grinding of pure roasted cocoa beans in stone mélangers thereby accentuating the natural flavour notes of the cocoa while also maintaining its nutrient density.
