Investment Highlights: The Carrier Capital Fund’s primary focus is Southern California but also lends throughout all of California, Arizona and the northwest coast states of Oregon and Washington. The investment proceeds from this offering will allow the pooling of a number of First Trust Deeds loans notes, across the above mentioned geographic areas, into one Master Pool of notes, and thereby, create greater diversification. Ultimately the goal of the fund is to provide high returns, preserve the capital and to offer a secure collateralized risk investment for each participating fund member. Each member will receive monthly income, on a pro rata basis, and status reporting of the portfolio in addition to their individual investment status.
