Founded in 1978 by James Carroll, Carroll Ltd are an award winning family run business based in Ruthin, North Wales. We have built up a reputation based on innovation, trust and quality. In over 40 years of trading we have undertaken a number of major commercial, retail, leisure and public service projects. We are extremely proud of our portfolio and have completed some very prestigious projects; a very recent one being Maggie's Cancer Centre in Clatterbridge. As a business we have always been very passionate about house builds, we have a huge portfolio consisting of one off high spec houses, larger housing developments and barn conversions to name a few. We also work with landowners who may wish to develop their land.
