Events: Oyster Festival, Smithsonian’s Anniversary tour, Hike for Discovery, Curlfest, SUBMERGE, CBS Tour, Newsweek Technology Tour, Brooklyn Full & Half Marathons, Newark Airport Groundbreaking, Macy’s July 4th, college & mall tours. Our events have attracted up to guests with events touring 80 cities in a single year. We also coordinated 400 simultaneous events nationwide in two weekends. We've sourced and managed up to 20+ subcontractors and Independents at each event. Carson has also directed 2,600+ volunteers with 24 committees. We have coordinated up to 120 exhibitors and activated 4 - 30 sponsors for any given event. We have passed the 2,600 events produced threshold. Our fire brand is producing complex large-scale events in record time while optimizing budgets and creating unique experiences.
