Carver Consulting assists organisation's debt collection activities.but it is not a debt collection agency…its aim is to encourage debtors to pay invoices before they become bad….before it becomes necessary to call on the services on a traditional debt collection agency It is our belief that a significant proportion of customers will pay invoices when chased for payment rather than in accordance with contractual payment terms. Often a phone call or a reminder letter, delivered in a professional manner is all that is required, but in our experience organisations either do not have the time or the appropriate resource to perform this function effectively and consistently.
