CAS is a women-owned small business formed by veterans of the Space Shuttle Program at Kennedy Space Center (KSC). The founders of the company are all Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts and Black Belts, who developed their skills primarily in a technical service environment. We helped launch the Lean Six Sigma and Reliability-Centered Maintenance Programs at KSC. In their careers, CAS professionals have trained dozens of Master Black Belts, over 140 Black Belts, and over 350 Green Belts. Our instructors are experienced in finance, engineering, procurement, logistics, inventory management, service processes, facilities, maintenance, planning/ scheduling, and other areas. They have led individual projects and have managed project portfolios that have saved over $65 million. Our professionals have depth of knowledge and breadth of experience to provide your personnel with the skills they need to execute projects successfully or we can help you with your Lean Transformation through consultation, training, and facilitation.
