Casa Cais was born with the mission to help Food & Beverage professionals by providing them with products from the Spanish gastronomy that would not be available in China otherwise. Since 2016, award-Winning International Chef Joan Burgues applies all the know-how learned at his family´s butchery business in Spain to make these gourmet charcuteries. Food safety and offering top quality are our top priorities. We make sure that chefs and decision-makers play safe when they choose our products. In 2020 the company decided to build a brand new factory in Guangdong Province to meet the highest standards required by the SC () Food production License.
