In the year of 1924, Mr. Enéias Pinto de Carvalho moved with his wife and children to Bauru, where installs a tailoring shop. The small shop had as its lemma the popular maxim: Who may not be the biggest, must be the best. From the outset it was recognized as a great tailor. The Northwest Railway brought to the city groups of engineers and other skilled professionals, from Rio de Janeiro and other capitals.
