CASA-i LLC is a dynamic young company, founded in Puerto Rico, that designs, manufactures and sells sustainable houses with accompanying accessories pieces. The first product line is a pre-fabricated concrete house called NIDU. NIDU is a revolutionary housing concept for environmentally, design and budget conscious people. NIDU’s designs are about a shared zeitgeist; it is for people who want to be materially independent and who care about how they live in the world. NIDU will provide both financial and maintenance free living to those who want to reduce their footprint on the earth’s resources. NIDU is for the sustainability and quality conscientious homeowner who wants to “live a fuller, better, richer life with less”. NIDU will also appeal to developers and property managers who are developing sites that would benefit from not having to install utilities or who simply want to reduce construction time and hassle.
