Through a series of recently concluded mergers and acquisitions, Casa Rooms has become a sister company of the Alliance Real Estate Group, which group has now consolidated its property management portfolio and is in a position to offer property management services at a more professional level than previously available in Malta, Gozo and Sicily. Continuing to operate under the well-known brand name Casa Rooms, the property management services company is being run by Cecil McCarthy, a seasoned professional in the trade, with many years of relevant experience through his companies Island Properties and Rooms Malta.
