Casa Stacy

A 'Pop Up' boutique hotel chain that is expanding throughout europe and the world. Our first and only fixed location is in Varenna, Italy on Lake Como. The Italian hotel was opened in 2012 by Stacy and hence expanded to a 1 year pop up location in Pamplona, Spain and is looking to open a second pop up location soon. The Casa Stacy Network (CSN) is a warm balance between Casual and Luxury. You will not walk into a place ladened with luxury logo items, but full bottles of luscious smelling products, good linens and concierge — the key is your pre-trip experience and your on-site host, who is there to help you get exactly what you want and give you tips on the luxury of real local life. At a Casa Stacy property your experience begins at the reservation when you receive a confirmation letter about your booking, introducing you to your host, inviting you to join our Facebook page, and presentation of the myriad of local experiences that you might want to pre-book. Through a series of automated communications, guests arrive feeling like they are coming to meet a new friend… and they are infact coming to meet many new friends. From an arrival greeting with a glass of local libations, a friendly chat with your host about how to acclimate quickly into the local environment, important tricks to know about the property & your room, and just plain old fashioned chit chat (if desired) — to impromptu parties on a terrace, by the pool or in the garden — I have found it amazing how people really love to connect and share. The core focus is on personalising experience — or lack of experience depending on our guests needs.
