Our team comprises high-caliber professionals with decades of combined experience in Indigenous engagement, project management, and supply chain operations throughout Western Canada. We have collaborated closely with the energy industry and Indigenous communities to foster meaningful partnerships built on transparency, respect, and trust. We provide the following services: INDIGENOUS ENGAGEMENT: We help organizations build meaningful partnerships with Indigenous communities for projects involving work on or near Indigenous communities or traditional areas. We understand that effective consultation is founded on respect for the legal rights of Indigenous peoples, their traditional practices, language, and decision-making processes. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Our professional management team provides excellent project leadership while maintaining client engagement and effective communication to achieve project results. This is achieved by utilizing the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and procedures.
