Casey Construction Ltd is the Orkney Islands premier building and civil engineering company who has for 40 years provided a wide range of services to clients in and around Orkney. Our business is privately owned, and our management structure allows for adaptable and flexible approach that ensures that our contracts are delivered to the time, cost and quality expectations of our clients. Casey Construction Ltd can utilise it’s own in-house resources along with those of its key supply chain partners to provide a full turnkey service for all the labour, equipment and materials that are required to complete projects. We can work with larger civil engineering contractors to introduce collaborative and innovative solutions to maximise the value for money that is delivered to the client. We are committed to sustainable delivery projects that have a minimal impact upon the environment. Our main clients are Orkney Islands Council, Orkney Harbours, Scapa Distillery, Orkney Brewery, clients in the fishing and farming sectors and private developers of industrial and domestic sites. Examples of recently completed projects include : Remedial works at Kirkwall Harbour : Construction of new extension and upgrades to an educational facility : Ongoing repairs to agricultural facilities and buildings across Orkney : Site preparation - installation of underground services and infrastructure in preparation for the building of industrial and domestic property : Creation of a bespoke tasting room (Noust) built using materials sourced and salvaged in Orkney with the tasting room being used as a finishing point for the tours of the distillery.
