Castle Homes have a simple philosophy, we aim to build traditional family homes which consider the practicalities of modern living and help to simplify complicated lifestyles. Our commitment to the buyers of of homes is that we will assess each new development site to ensure we build homes that not only fit into the local environment, but actively enhance it as well. We have an ongoing requirement for development sites across the UK and typically look to acquire sites unconditionally and without planning permission, although we are always happy to assess sites with the benefit of a current consent of recent planning history. Traditionally we look for residentially led development sites of up to 50 units, although we have the capacity and ability to assess development sites in excess of 500 units if presented to us.
