What We Offer: Distressed Loan Refinancing (C&I, ABL, Sponsor-Backed) In partnership with Frontwell Capital, a $400MM private credit fund, we refinance troubled borrowers between $5–50MM—often allowing the bank to exit at par while preserving deposit relationships. Private Equity Solutions for Challenged Companies Through our partnership with DelMar Capital, we provide long-term operational and equity support to portfolio companies in transition or distress. Note & Portfolio Sales We acquire individual loans or entire portfolios—performing, criticized, or nonaccrual—and can advise on exit strategy, valuation, and sale execution.
