Utilising technology and modern methods of construction we create new untapped value in existing residential supply in high-density locations by re-developing existing buildings and constructing new residential apartments on unused ‘airspace’ above residential building rooftops. Whilst working in collaboration with industry leading modular construction companies we build high spec contemporary penthouse apartments off site in the factory to then fit into place In addition to airspace developments Castlemere also completes select ground up developments in aspirational locations in the Home Counties.
