Castlewood Developments was founded to help home owners release dormant equity in their property and land that they may not have even known existed. We specialise in single plot and garden development, which utilises existing pre-determined urban land to build on. This enables the government to fulfil their requirements to provide more housing without encroaching on the green belt. It is not and never will be our intention to produce large housing estates, unwanted by locals. Using combined experience of more than 10 years in the property industry, Castlewood collaborate with local planning agents and architects to create schemes aimed to maximise profitability for our clients on each site, whilst remaining sensitive to the retained property and the land surrounding it.
