Founded in 1998, Castrillo & Castrillo is a boutique service law firm specialized in IP (trademarks, patent, copyrights and related rights) servicing local and international companies and organizations. We provide legal counsel on IP issues to clients doing business all around the world. Our offices are located in the heart of Buenos Aires Financial District. We have provided support to worldwide clients seeking advice through our flexible, innovative and proactive service since we opened our operations almost 20 years ago. Our professional strengths come from our client-centric approach, a high degree of specialization and many years of professional experience. Along the years of operations Castrillo & Castrillo developed innovative processes and clearance systems that guarantee a second-to-none turnaround service for managing large portfolios of trademarks and patents. In 2009 Castrillo & Castrillo was in charge of the creation of the Intellectual Property Department of a renowned law firm in Buenos Aires. Our founder, Carlos V. Castrillo continues to provide support to the IP department of this firm as Of Counsel. Given the successful outcome of this venture, other full service law firms have relied on our firm to manage their IP departments in their name.
