Training: Our 60 minute training sessions are reported as very challenging and involve non stop hands-on coaching to make sure intensity doesn't go at the expense of exercise execution. We take your individual biomechanics into account to find the most joint friendly methods for you to challenge the targeted muscle groups safely and effectively. The goal is to help you get a deeper understanding on the gym floor and become self-sufficient over time. Nutrition: We help you set up your nutritional targets and goals based on your lifestyle and individual obstacles you face day to day after getting a deeper understanding from you on our initial session. No two people are the same, so we seek to find the nutrition approach that works for You over long term, and helps you minimise sacrifices and thus maximise adherence. Monitoring: The only way to achieve your ambitious goals is by constantly monitoring lifestyle variables outside the gym too. Besides your trainer being immediately available by adhering to a strict policy of replying to every email within 24 hours, automated daily email check ins that report us on your nutrition, training and recovery factors the day before; weekly progress reviews that help fine-tune your progress; and bi-weekly body fat caliper measurements all play key roles in recognising and resolving any issues immediately that can lead you off track to make sure no time gets wasted.
