Catalyst For Courage

As a fertility coach, birth & bereavement doula, trauma professional, infertility warrior, and recurrent pregnancy loss survivor, I offer individualized support and resources for women and couples who are going through infertility, miscarriage, and/or pregnancy after loss. Because of my personal experiences as well as my professional training, I am uniquely qualified to walk alongside you throughout your entire fertility and pregnancy journey to motherhood. My approach to coaching is to offer unique, individualized support for wherever you are on your journey. I use the Enneagram and multiple assessment tools to provide you with custom, individualized tools and resources to help you reduce stress, cope with trauma, and heal your body, mind, and relationships. Infertility, loss, and pregnancy after loss are hard enough, and you shouldn’t have to go through them alone. My role is to make sure you have everything you need to get to the other side of the hardest parts of your journey- supported, courageous, and victorious. I’ve been where you are, and my hope is to be a safe place for you and to walk alongside you every step of the way. Your first 30-minute coaching session is completely free.
