Catalyst Magazine

CATALYST is a free monthly non-profit magazine that has served as Salt Lake City's resource for creative living since 1982. CATALYST Magazine's parent nonprofit, Common Good Press explores and promotes ideas, events and resources that support conscious, empowered living for people and the planet, with a focus on health, environment, the mind/body connection and the arts. The CATALYST reader is described as the "Cultural Creative," and is not defined by age, race, or class, but rather by people whose values embrace a curiosity and concern for the world, its ecosystem, and its people; an awareness of and activism for peace and social justice (as coined by Paul H. Ray, Ph.D.).
