Catalystas Consulting is an intersectional feminist firm working in the field of international development and cooperation. Founded in 2018 and based in the Netherlands, Catalystas operates globally as a team of regional and topical experts. We provide technical assistance, advisory services, and capacity-building to nonprofits, NGOs, government and public sector entities, and the private sector. Since our inception, we have worked in 89 countries around the world, most of which are in vulnerable or developing markets. In all our work, we bring gendered perspectives, intersectional approaches, and inclusive methods, ensuring that every project is infused with a strong focus on gender equality.
