Catalyxx is an innovative greentech company that is shaping the chemical industry by replacing the use of fossil-based feedstocks. Catalyxx’s patented technology (catalytic chemistry) transforms bioethanol into high value intermediate chemicals (butanol, hexanol, octanol and decanol). Our disruptive technology is fully proven at Demo Plant (TRL7), scalable and is ready to be deployed at industrial scale. Moreover, it is carbon negative and reduces 3.5kg of CO2 per kg of chemical produced. Our vision is to become the world leader in catalytic chemistry that will allow the substitution of petrochemical products, traditionally made from crude oil, for the same molecules produced from sustainable and bio sources.
