It uses a hybrid system, combining technology and face to face facilitation, in person or online. It caters for the corporate and government markets but will be developing products for smaller businesses on the premise that your business is a reflection of your leadership. Using a hybrid system saves time and money. It also enhances productivity and increases learning efficacy. The organisation was founded by Cultural Psychologist and international best-selling author Dr Tim Higgs in 2012, and draws on Tim's 18 years experience of working across multiple industries with organisations such as CBRE, Chubb Insurance, Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, DHL, IAG, Jones Lang LaSalle, Nestlé, Seven West Media, Sony, Tower Life, Thales, Toyota, Veolia.
