I weave the threads of ancient wisdom with the modern science of flow states. As a coach, writer, and award-winning poet, my passion revolves around harmoniously merging the mystical with the practical. My journey, steeped in the exploration of complex trauma and spiritual emergence, has been enriched by my deep immersion in India's myriad wisdom teachings over 25 years. While there, I worked as a journalist, editorial director, and creative consultant, engaging with institutions such as the British Library and the Jaipur Literature Festival. Now residing in a vibrant home in Brighton, UK, I'm surrounded by family and the joyful chaos of pets. I channel my love for music, herbal wisdom, and the poetic arts into performances, collections, and albums. As an Associate Creative for The Old Market in Brighton, I'm excited to present "Jazz Mystics" during Brighton Festival 2024, a poetry and music show rooted in my latest collection. With two decades of expertise in creativity, counselling, shamanic energy medicine, trauma-informed psychology and flow states, I offer international coaching and mentoring. I've been privileged to share my insights on spiritual emergence and its dance with trauma at prestigious platforms like TEDx Delhi, the London Philosophy Club, and the British Psychological Society.
