Cate Machine and Welding is a second generation family owned business established in 1970 by Paul Cate. We are located about 15 miles south of Madison in the Belleville Industrial Park. Our three main areas of business are… General Welding and Repair - This includes repair in many areas. Focusing mainly on agricultural machinery and industrial equipment. Fabrication and Production Welding - Ranging from building fixtures, weldments, one piece jobs to production of thousands of pieces per year. We have tig, mig, plasma capabilities and work with a wide variety of metals. Machine Shop - We do many one piece and prototype jobs. Thousands of productions run annually. We work with many different types of materials. Cate Machine & Welding is constantly growing and are willing to invest in tooling’s, software and equipment to meet our customer's needs.
