Our full-service logistics management suite of services includes stevedoring, processing (screening / bagging), storing, and trucking on both our asset-based fleet CATER Transport and our full-service brokerage CATER Transportation Services Our passion is to service our customers with safe efficient operation, grow our community with great paying jobs and bring in large international business for sustainable growth. We have deep relationships with many of the world’s largest industrial companies in waste, minerals, mining, scrap, manufacturing, and logistics and have a commitment to Indiana to grow commerce through our expansive network. We have the expertise in managing bulk and break-bulk cargos, have a history of solid working relationships with many of the trades in the area including Operating Engineers and Teamsters. The Beemsterboer’s currently employ over 150 members of the trades in their mill services businesses located inside of US Steel and Cleveland Cliffs facilities and have been an integral cornerstone to the industrial development and innovation of Northwest Indiana for over 90 years and four generations.
