What do we do? Cateum Consulting provides an extra pair of hands to those who manage the Support functions of organizations. These are often functions that need a temporary leader or an experienced professional who can advise on or implement transformation. We help with service delivery improvement and organizational effectiveness, as well changes that affect the people in the organization. What services do we offer? Cateum’s services supplement client knowledge and skills in 3 ways: 1) step into the client’s organization as an interim leader; 2) act as a business consultant to drive specific projects or changes; 3) provide coaching and mentoring of managers, individuals and teams. Why might you engage us? Cateum Consulting has helped some of Sweden’s largest companies to improve and transform their support and service functions. Our experience stretches across HR, IT, Finance and Service functions, leading teams of varying sizes, including a leadership team, both on site and in remote locations in other countries. We are experts in functional transformations, setting up new organizations and closing down functions and have held roles including Functional Manager, Project Leader and Board Member. We have consulting experience as a project manager and expert in client assignments, including the development of support functions/shared services, process reviews, due diligence issues and company formations. We have also led the development of IT services and solutions both as an IT service delivery and business IT buyer functional leader. Who have we helped before?
