Professional Certified Coach, Facilitator, and Nonprofit Consultant. Throughout all my work, I collaborate with clients to build individual and team leadership rooted in connection, resiliency, and integrity. Core areas of my expertise include: Coaching I’m a Professional Certified Coach, and have provided extensive coaching to hundreds of social change professionals, addressing such topics as career development, executive leadership, power and privilege in the workplace, and navigating conflict. Training I have extensive experience designing and implementing interactive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training in professional settings, particularly about gender identity/sexual orientation, antiracism work for white people, and power/privilege. Facilitation I have designed and implemented numerous virtual gatherings, cohort experiences, and in-person retreats for diverse teams, resulting in stronger working relationships, increased team effectiveness, and improved collaboration. Nonprofit Leadership I have deep expertise in program design, implementation, evaluation, and scaling. I am also skilled in partnership development, hiring, strategic planning and management.
