I offer life coaching to help people find accountability, motivation and support to make changes. Whether you're feeling unstuck and overwhelmed or want to develop helpful coping skills to call upon in times of change or difficulty, coaching can help. We'll work together with curiosity and compassion as I listen, ask questions and help you get to the hear of what matters. I'll support you to see the bigger picture and create meaningful change in your life. Through coaching, you'll build confidence, a non-judgmental place to allow ideas to form and a creative space to explore your personal and professional potential. I also offer specialist coaching support for people living with long-term physical health conditions like ME, post-viral syndromes, fibromyalgia and arthritis.
