Catie Chase

Hello. My name is Catie Chase. I am an education leader driven to support neurodiverse learners as an independent educational consultant (for Greater L.A. Independent School placement and higher education for two and four-year colleges, graduate school, and programs), learning specialist, certified professional life coach, and speaker. Since 2008, I have mentored thousands of teens, college students, and adults in my private practice to create a space to actively listen, guide with compassion, and lead confidently toward their educational goals and life’s purpose. I model resilience and plan with structure and empathy for all learners. As they launch into their lives, even more so with the uncertainty of today, students and young adults thrive knowing someone is an advocate for them. Nurturing each step for growth to reach desired goals for best outcomes. My mission is to achieve healthy and desirable outcomes after high school, whether college or an alternative life path; I welcome a holistic perspective with a student-centered focus to promote well-being and self-competence. I aim to create a space rooted in advocacy, empathy, and connection to support students' growth and experiences that reflect their passions and interests. I also help them in becoming good stewards in their lives. Launching into adulthood is a personal journey. My tender approach is to create effective strategies to build college readiness and life skills, critical components to emerging into adulthood and making major life decisions. As a parent of two, we face adversity with our children in an evolving world, cultivating empathy, resiliency, and sustainability to build emotional literacy and learning strategies for life.
