CatRock Ventures is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit community-based organization whose goal is to reach, inspire, and empower the next generation of environmental, community, and business leaders from underserved communities. CatRock Ventures' mission is to invest in Bronx youth by providing transformative outdoor experiences, community service learning opportunities and academic support to encourage underserved teenagers to-Foster a personal connection to the outdoors and a commitment to environmental stewardship-Adopt a healthy lifestyle that is physically, emotionally and mentally balanced-Become empowered, confident and prepared to make a difference in their own communities; Realize their leadership potential and develop their abilities to both responsibly lead and effectively work in teams-Stay on course to receive their high school diplomas and take advantage of the many college and career opportunities available to them.
