Established in September 2016 by Scott Riley to share what he had learnt in overcoming the rheumatoid arthritis that he had been diagnosed with, losing over 100 lbs and free from pharmaceutical drugs. Over the years I’d certified myself as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach with the Chek Academy and became a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, teaching all over the world from the US to continental Europe.
