Cavendish Psychotherapy Practice

Established in 2007, the Cavendish Psychotherapy Practice offers professional and discreet psychotherapy and counselling at our central London clinic and online. Our two principal therapists, Rebecca Barrie and Jessica Sinclair, trained together at Regents College of Psychotherapy and Counselling, London where they completed a five-year clinical and academic programme. As a practice, we believe strongly in the power of a safe and non-judgemental environment from which to think, talk and start to bear what may have felt unbearable; and that a quality of relationship between therapist and client is essential to effective work. As a result, we approach our work with empathy and intelligence.
