So, we decided to found Caviar Deluxe, in order to bring our Moldovan products on the British market, to raise awareness about our country and its products and to diversify the country’s exports. Our philosophy is to offer remarkable “Cricova” sparkling wines and finest “Aquatir” caviar to restaurants and stores to delight even the most sophisticated gourmet. ’’Cricova’’ is the first winery in Moldova that produces sparkling wine according to the French classic method, that is the secondary fermentation in the glass and subsequent cuvée ageing. The Cricova classic sparkling wine is a noble and extravagant sparkling wine, which possesses a fruity taste and freshness. ’’Aquatir’’ applies the latest developments and technologies in the field of sturgeon breeding. It meets the highest international standards in caviar production which provides an eco-friendly high quality product that aims to impress and stimulate one’s senses. Following classical caviar production traditions, the company uses only caviar and salt, no preservatives, additives, GMO.
