CB & C Corporation's founder has been in the construction and commercial real estate development business since 1965 within many markets throughout the United States and in the past several years the company has expanded its horizons to the area of Senior Living Facilities. CB & C Corp. scope of responsibility for development begins with locating unique opportunities within the Assisted Living, Memory Care sector and Skilled Nursing of the Senior Housing Industry. CB & C's plan is continuing the pursuits for the acquisition and renovation of existing facilities that are either functionally obsolete or inadequately managed (or both); and, to take over projects that have floundered as a result of the economic downturn that many times can be made available at attractive pricing and substantially better profit margins.
