CCAA Computer Forensic specializes in computer forensics and in particular the acquisition of digital evidence for e-discovery purposes. We have worked on acquisition projects in the US, UK, Germany and Switzerland among others. Our clients include states attorneys, law firms, small to multinational corporations and financial, risk management and e-disclosure consulting companies. Our cionsultants have over 25 years of information technology experience and over 8 years of experience in e-disclosure, computer forensics and data acquisition. We use forensically sound techniques, tools and documentation for everything from the imaging of 1 computer to the data acquisition required to respond to the disclosure demands in class action suits against large multi-national companies where the data is in various servers, databases, management systems, proprietary applications and a large number of digital devices (computers, laptops, pdas, cell phones etc.). Our consultants are certified expert witnesses in Germany and speak fluent German and English. We conduct confidential investigations in cases of employee misconduct, intellectual property theft and fraud and can assist in any size e-discovery project.
